The combination of red and white beads in this ring bring to mind hand-made, paper flowers on a stick. Years ago, these, along with the symbol of the white dove, commemorated May 1st celebrations in Communist Poland.

Handmade ring made out of Czech plastic beads, threaded onto an elastic band. The red beads are vintage - sourced from a unique necklace found at a flea market.
